She is a member of the American Medical Association, Connecticut State Medical Society and New Haven County Medical Association.

Marina Ionita, MD is a board certified internist who is currently practicing with MidState Medical Group Primary Care Specialists of Meriden. Dr. Ionita is a graduate of the Carol Davila University of Medicine and completed a Residency in Internal Medicine at Danbury Hospital affiliated with the Yale University School of Medicine.
