Michael Sposato, PA-C practicing with MidState Medical Group as a certified physician assistant, provides primary care in the MidState Medical Group Southington office. Mr. Sposato is an Aeromedical Physician Assistant in the Connecticut Army National Guard, and has provided care to soldiers and aircrews in both Iraq and Bosnia. He is a graduate of the Physician Assistant Program at Emory University School of Medicine and is a 2008 graduate of the U.S. Army Flight Surgeon School. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Alina Osnaga, MD

Alina Osnaga, MD is practicing with the MidState Medical Group Southington office as a board certified family physician. Her practice emphasis is in providing comprehensive preventive care, as well as specific disease management. Dr. Osnaga is also an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in the Department of Family Medicine. She will be participating in the very successful "Student Continuity Practice," which provides clinical training to medical students. During her training, Dr. Osnaga completed an internship and residency in the Department of Family Medicine at the Pitt County Memorial Hospital at the University Health System of Eastern North Carolina. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. In 2009, she was named one of America’s Top Family Doctors by the Consumers’ Research Council of America.
