Founded in 1967, Surgical Specialists is one of the oldest continuously practicing medical groups in the state. Throughout our distinguished history of clinical excellence, we have remained committed to providing our patients with advanced surgical treatment in a comfortable, caring environment.
Collectively, we offer our patients a wide range of expertise, with membership in organizations that include the American College of Surgeons, the American Hernia Society, the American Society of Breast Surgeons, the American Society of General Surgeons, the Society of American Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons, the Society of Surgical Oncology, and the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons.
For the convenience of our patients, we maintain offices and provide inpatient care at the Meriden campus of MidState Medical Center. This allows us to maximize our office hours and surgical schedules, while also readily visiting our hospitalized patients. We are also available to see patients in our Wallingford and Southington offices.
